Coturnix Quail Chicks: Color Question

So, I've got 10 Coturnix quail chicks that I hatched, and most of them look like the typical white chicks(yellow body, most of them have a dark brown spot on their head). A few are all yellow, and there's 1 that's all white. They're starting to get their feathers in(1 week old), and those all look the same. But I can't seem to find anything on why there's one that hatched out looking white.
Any info/ideas would be great!

P.S. I don't know if it's male or female, but names for either or unisex would be great too.

Do you have pics of the white chick? Never heard of this. Has it normal eyes?
But even albino chicks are yellow at hatch

It's got the same eyes and the same legs as everyone else. In some lighting, I can barely tell which one is the white one. But it's pretty obvious in these pictures.
