Coturnix Quail eggs late?

Hi, I have some Coturnix eggs on day 17, no action yet, no peeping, wiggling, nothing. My incubator temp was a little low, about 98, for a while. I stopped turrning on day 15. When I candled then the eggs were all alive.

Ok, nevermind, shaking eggs and shell bits in the water. Will keep updated!

So... they are wiggling like crazy sometimes, quiet others. I think I might see a pip, but I of course can't open the bator. I'm thinking tonight what do you all think??
