Coturnix egg dilemma

I put 10+ coturnix eggs into my incubator. Each egg has a story. Two are from my friend´s quail. The rest are from a Harris Teeter near me. I opened two of the store bought eggs - one had the bullsye while the other one didn´t. Some of the store bought eggs have an yellowish orange hue when candled while some have a glowing yellowish green hue. Both of my friend´s eggs have an orange hue. What does this coloring mean?

I accidentally put in a bunch of the eggs from the store immediately, only letting them rest for like 15 mins. I researched later that you were not supposed to do that..
I let 4-5 of them sit overnight at room temp before putting them in. The incubator turns automatically every 3 hrs. humidity is at 45% and temp is at 99.5 F

How long should I wait before candling again?

Reddish orange means blood vessels are developing, green means clear albumin and likely no growth. Day 3 you can start to tell something but shouldn’t make any rash decisions, day 6-8 is pretty easy to tell if they are developing (half or more of the egg is filled with a dark or reddish shadow, if one third full and greenish likely infertile). Day 12 should be nearly dark if developing. Do a search and you’ll find a photographic guide to phone candling quail eggs with a day by day picture guide. Leave them in the incubator if you are unsure, it won’t hurt anything. Open suspect and unhatched eggs to learn a lot. I candle almost daily and haven’t hurt my hatch rates except when I drop one!
