Coturnix Quail - fluffing themselves, both male, anything wrong

I have two quail, about 9 months old someone gave me a month ago, and I keep them in a small hutch with a wire floor on one side and the other is wooden with shavings. They are both male, and I noticed that they are now fluffing themselves. They seem to be eating OK. Just seems odd, and I am not a quail person, so I know nothing about them. I have no idea if there is something wrong or not. THanks

Are they crouching down when they are being fluffed? Chattering at you at all? If so, that is their way of trying to look intimidating, you are scaring them. Otherwise, they are probably just cold.
