Coturnix Quail NPIP NYC?

Has anyone ever got NPIP certified in NYC? If so, how easy is it, and what are the details?

I'm pretty sure NPIP isn't for quail, only for chickens.

Call New York State Dept. of Ag and Markets. Wolfe Rd. Albany NY. They handle NPIP in NY. I have found them to be very helpful any time I called them.
