Coughing and shaking head

Hi, My girl has been coughing and sneezing. Mucous flying when she shakes her head. Was advised to treat flock with Corrid, this is the seventh day with no change, So I’ve switched to vitamins in the water to replenish. She seems very thirsty and is drinking. The rest of the flock seems fine. It must be respiratory. Can it be treated without antibiotics ? Thanks for your help.
