Coughing and Wheezing duckling.

Nothing like digging up a long forgotten thread from over 2 years ago!

It sounds like your duckling has the same problem as mine. I cant recommend taking her to the vet enough! I took mine there, they gave her some antibiotics and within about a week the wheezing stopped. Little ducklings are apparently prone to colds and things if they aren't dried properly while you teach them to swim.

My sick duck as mentioned in my previous post has just started sneezing and coughing a lot I am very worried I honestly do not know what to do. Please help me and my baby!

As I said get her to the vets. A course of antibiotics will fix her right up as it did mine.

u need a vet that poor duck my have infected lungs, or a infection in her synis system

I contacted a vet and he said it does not sound like a serious problem as of right now since it just started. The vet also suggested an all natural home remedy called Vet Rx. If she progresses and the home remedy does not work we will go to a vet. Thank you everyone who helped i appreciate it.
