Could a broody hen successfully hatch peafowl eggs

Also when they arrive do I store them pointy end down for 24 hours in a cool room like you would with shipped chicken eggs before putting them under the broody hen ?

We have had succes with GQF tabletop and using our broody Cochin hens. Bantams we usually do not give more than 4 at a time. Good luck

Just finished cleaning out the broody shed today for spring. Ino I’m quite early but it’s good to be prepared....

Also how many peafowl eggs would comfortably fit under a Brahma, RIR or buff Orpington?
Was planning on using an incubator but a broody hen would be so much easier.

I once had a silky hen hatch 2 peacock eggs. She was a great mother and it was so funny to watch her with the larger pea chicks
