These look like Australorp? Males sometimes feather slower. Usually you need to wait until 6-8 weeks to tell males from females.

Yes, you have to wait at least 7-8 weeks to get the result that you have a dreamed.
So keep patience and wait for the result.

According to the picture I found just now (attached) the one you circled may be a boy. No pin tail, small wings, the wing feather is longer in the first and gets shorter at the bottom. Two of them are the same...Maybe I get one hen and two roosters

I ended up with 3 roosters and two hens at one point so it could be worse!
