Could chicks get burned by heating element above them in this incubator? What to do when they hatch?

Hi there, I have some chicks zipping right now, I'm using the Little giant still air incubator w/ a fan.. It's the older model.. I am concerned because there's a heating element, like a tube on the inside of the lid just above the eggs, maybe about 3 inches.. One chick is zipping so quickly and I am freaking out bc I don't know if it can reach this heating tube above it.. It's the silver line that is below the windows that circles the inside.. Not sure what to do.. Any suggestions for when it does hatch?

It shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure how it could be fixed at this delicate stage
