this little peanut was sold to me by a very rude lady who says he is a Rhode Island Red Rooster, well that's what I ordered but this one was in a bunch of chicks that looked alike so I kind of am questioning if I got the right little bird

Well, he looks like a RIR, and he may very well be a male. I doubt that 'rude' lady will have you as a customer in the future. 'Rude' is not a good business practice.

I agree. Could also be a "Production Red" (hatchery "red" bird)

What happened is ffh said they could order me a baby roo with there shipment and they'd call me when he was in. Well 2 weeks went by and nothing no call so i called them the guy says "oh yeah here's been here for a week, we must've forgot to call you." So I tell him I'm on my way (it's an hour one way) he says ask for Stephanie are bird manager. So I get there and ask for this girl. She proceeds to tell me they sold him last week cause I didn't come in (in a not so helpful tone) so I tell her about my conversation with the gentleman an hour earlier and how when I order hm I left a number cause I live far away and so on. She looks at me and legit says "I don't know what you want me to do about it." At thst point I was done with attitude and I'm like figure it out. So she storms off giving me time to notice that all 3 bird containers had no food or water the birds were open beaked panting and some where laying on there sides. They had 12 ducklings that were sad looing fifthy no water. She comes back walks over to the sold tank snatched this bird up puts him in thebox and tapes it all with mass attitude she hands me the box and says there's a rooster guess I'll have to order them another one. Then acted likeI was chopping off a limb cause i wanted )2 ducklings
