Could I mix my chickens with my ducks?

Health wise I have had no issues in the past.

Preference wise you will likely want separate areas.

I had a 30x30 pen with a kiddie pool and the area was always muddy, the chickens were always dirty and smelly, while the ducks were happy and frolicking in the mud and the pool, just didn't seem like a good mix to me.

I only had chickens for a very short time but I also wouldn't advise keeping them in the same area.
