this is my new hen and she is from a hatcherie i know she has to many points on her crest but could she atleast place

This bird doesn't have a crest, that is a comb.
I cannot tell from this picture anything about this bird except for that it is black. Another clearer side profile shot and a breed name would be easier if you want answers.

It may place, but most hatchery birds do not do well in shows overall.
