This used to be my old bantam set up. I have it posted for sale right now, but started to think a little too much

. Even if I did get ducks, they would need to be quiet or drakes. My neighbor is an ---. Can't wait until I am in the boons!!!

I could fit a kiddie pool, perhaps a smaller one in the corner. I could always move the house to the outside too. Any suggestions for ducks? Thanks.

I'd go with some Call drakes. Looks a little too cramped for a fat duck. ...and from what I've read about the Calls, they are very friendly little birds!

But aren't calls pretty noisey? or is it just the females? You could maybe put a couple of runners in there if you could give them room to run around in some during the day, I'd put the pool out side of the kennel, just because they would splash water in their house. and also have a mud pit there too.

Aside from fixing the ramp so it's webbed-foot friendly and adding a small pool (I have a lidless storage tub that's about 4 feet long and 2 feet wide and maybe 7 inches deep for my call ducks--got it at Wal*Mart for just $2 or something), I think that would be great for ducks! Just get call drakes, don't get any hens, and you'll be perfectly fine with the noise levels. The drakes are quiet. The hens, on the other hand...
