Could it be a Rooster...

So I have just noticed how much larger as well as redder the comb is on one of my Buff Orpington Chicks does this mean that it is a rooster? They are 4 weeks old now. I'm sure you can guess the one in question by looking at the pictures

That's what I was thinking but I didn't really want to get my hopes up. I've been sitting here crossing my fingers that some of my chicks would be roosters
