Our Mixed Flock Journey!

Several years ago I got a trio of Speckled Sussex at the same time from the same place, they were all 3 days old. Two of them grew much faster than the third...that one eventually caught up but it took some time. I named her Peanut

I bet she was cute!

Drumroll ... all of the attention was for me... who am I trying to kid, it was the sunflower seeds...lol

It's been a fun morning with the girls today.
First, I heard one of the girls going off in the coop. Penny was in with her to offer support...lol

Then after I sat down in my chair, I made the mistake of leaning over and Crystal flew up on my back... needless to say, I couldn't get a picture of that.
But, here's her cute face!

Then Genevieve came up to visit!
