Everyone seems to think these are both roos, but I'm starting to wonder. With the new red comb/wattle development of just one of them should I get my hopes up for the other?

To me the chick in the 2nd picture is a pullet.

if you would take a picture of the back of the head and neck it would be easy to tell but almost certain the bottom is a pullet

The more I read the more I get confused on gender identification. Combs, feathers, feet, tails, how fast they feather out.. I just can't figure it all out. I guess I won't really know until they start laying.

Any guesses on my Blue Plymouth Rock that I guess is actually a Black Plymouth Rock - same age, feathering in much slower.
