Could my chick be frizzled?

It looks possible/I have a Frizzle Cochin bantam chick but it had "Bat wings" at bout 7 days old. I think theres a good chance of it being frizzled though.

It's a mottled Houdan. They look very similar. Only difference I can make out so far is that they are much bigger. Full grown they will be 6 - 8 pounds. My polish may be 4 at most.

She doesn't look as frizzled as I'd hoped, but I'm sure she could still look a bit frizzled I really hope so!

Bat Wings

Now Batty looks like this all over & is a little speed demon, I also think, she is a he. 6 weeks old & can already see the waddles starting.
