Could my chick have Fowlpox?

Sadly she is not doing any better and the area around her eye is almost closed. She is also making a sound which i think is a pain sound when she scratches around her eye. I think i am going put a plaster over her eye that wraps around her head so that she can't directly scratch it. I will clean it up first. I am very sad and fear the worst.... it's been over 2 weeks now... so reading its 3 or 4 weeks before she gets better does give me some hope... but at the same time i am preparing for the worst and may have to ask my neighbour to put her out of her suffering if she gets much sicker. She still is lively though...
