Could my RIR girl be a rooster?

I have a chicken that is about 9 weeks old. I let it out today and it starting making a funny sound that i wasnt sure was a crow or not. It definitely didnt sound like what the others sounded like. Here's a picture

She seemed to be bigger when she was growing and her crown has always been kinda big...

It's a girl?! phew thats good. I'm not sure when they were hatched but I got them from the Downtown San Jose Feed store in on June 6. It was a 4-H sale or something. They were said to be 3 days old when we got them.
