Could my "she" be a "he"? Help!

But they might be working out who is top hen in their pecking order and being stuck in will give them more time to worry about pecking order since they are not out looking for the worms

Both birds look very similiar to my two EE PULLETS. Both of mine are now 28 weeks old, as of today. The one of mine with the larger comb, Peaches, started laying about a week ago. Her sister, Pumpkin, laid her first egg yesterday.
