Could paralysis/wobbly gait be due to being egg bound?

After reading the sticky, I thought maybe it would be easiest to answer the questions posed in the sticky for this particular section. I'll answer as best as I can and hope for some insight. Thanks.

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
She's an EE. 29 1/2 weeks old. She weighs about the same as the other two I got at the same time as her. I'm not sure of the weight as I have no scale.

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Yesterday morning I found her in the run laying down, unable to move around very well at all. Her feet/toes were curled up under and she was very weak.

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Just since yesterday morning.

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
The only thing different that happened yesterday was that she laid her first egg after we brought her indoors and nursed her all day.

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She eats layer pellets. She gets some treats, scrambled eggs, yogurt, greens, banana, a small amount of scratch.

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
The poop yesterday was runny. It had a lot of green in it. It looked like digested plant matter really.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
I brought her indoors and gave her some water with a bit of agave nectar in it with a straw as I had no dropper. Then I made her some eggs with yogurt. She loves that usually but was uninterested for most of the day. I went to pick up some poly-vi-sol later in the day and when I returned home, she had laid her first egg (GREEN!) and she was gobbling up her eggs and yogurt. She was still wobbly on her feet though.

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I'll have to treat this myself as I haven't the money for a vet right now.

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
N/A

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
They have a standard little coop area for sleeping. There is only three of them. In that area there are pine shavings. I used sand in the run. While she's inside right now, she's just on a towel in a dog crate.

After laying her egg yesterday afternoon, and then eating really well, she flapped up onto the bed and laid down beside me. She seemed to feel much better. After dark, I went and put her in the coop with the other girls as they were very upset without her. This morning when I went out, she was walking out of the coop but was having a hard time navigating the ramp and when she hopped down, she stumbled again. So she still seems wobbly. But not nearly as bad as she was yesterday. I'm really not sure what it is exactly.

Regarding the egg, it was a decent size little egg. The shell wasn't super hard, but wasn't super soft either, just easily cracked. Not sure if that means anything or not.

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

(I've been reading on line and it looks like maybe she had a hard time passing her first egg and that caused her paralysis. I'm just concerned now about it happening again.)
