They look like normal pullet feathers. I wouldn’t worry.

Age? Full upright pic, please... I won't make a judgment without knowing the age or seeing the face. I don't see a comb, but I'd guess a young pullet.

Looks like a pullet to me. Possibly a Leghorn based on the fact that I don’t see any red in the earlobes.
