Can you see her eye?
So, my neighbor poisoned her and her sisters quite awhile back. She was the only survivor. Not too long after, this started. Kinda thought it was cataracts at first. Vet looked at it and said it looked like bubbles. It didn't occur to me at the time it could have been from the poison, but it hasn't gotten much worse and I feel like cataracts would have. Anyone have any thoughts?

that is so evil for your neighbour to do. I'm sorry about your losses. I hope this girl can thrive after that. Hopefully someone experienced can take a look at your pic.

I know most respiratory disease(s) symptoms but not poisons. Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG) presents bubbles in the eyes, as well as other symptoms and is contagious to other birds.
Have you noticed any other symptoms such as wheezing, sneezing, head shaking, runny nostrils, gurgling or anything else out of the ordinary with her or other birds?

She's 11.5 years now. Sweetest little snuggle bug. Took her much longer to recover emotionally than physically. Hard to know how much permanent damage was done. She had acute liver failure, about a week after the crisis bleeding stage, but pulled out of it.
