i haVE A FRIEND THAT THINK THAT FROZEN EGGS COULD HATCH I KEEP ON TELLING HIM THAT U CAN NOT HATCH FROZEN EGGS

because all us living things (or at least most of us) are made up of approx 3/4 water, we are subject to the expansion of water when it freezes, which tends to break the cell walls. This is because water, unlike many other elements, settles into a crystaline matrix structure which actually takes up more room, and therefore expands when frozen.

So I'm really not understanding how Cryonics is supposed to preserve humans...??? but I digress... LOL

So the fact that cryopreservation is done successfully all the time isn't proof enough for you?

But, for the original poster, why don't you try some? Many said refridgerated eggs wouldn't hatch, but they do. I imagine frozen eggs could hatch too, however the difficult part would probably be in understanding and achieving the proper rate of cooling and then warming.
