Could she be a Welsummer?

This is 13 week BB, how can I tell if she is a hybrid or an actual Welsummer?

I would go with EE.

Could be a Starlight Green Egger. (type of Easter Egger/Hybrid from Hoover's Hatchery that they often sell in the farm supply stores)
