OK i have a jersey giant mixed rooster and im thinking about putting him in a flock with some regular size chickens except there is a golden laced Cochin bantam hen in the flock! A bantam with a jersey giant the jersey giant couldn't even put both feet on her i mean she aint that small its just hes huge couldn't she get away like if he even tries to get her she could just slip between his legs oh and he is a real layed back rooster i mean the best rooster you could have except with mating he dont ask the hens.Oh and she can hold her own when we introduced her into the flock each hen that challenged her got beat she worked her way up to the top and she lays a egg everyday so you do you think?

If you did put him with her flock, you'd have to be out there to supervise almost constantly, just in case.

Personally I wouldn't risk it, even if he's gentle with her his sheer size could injure or kill her. I've heard of bantams having their neck snapped simply from the roo grabbing the neck during mating. Just too much size difference. She likely won't get away, she may even squat for him not realizing he could hurt her til it's too late. I don't think she could get out from under him either with all that weight on her.

That said, there are some who do have standards that mate bantams without injury. Your boy sounds really BIG though, and since he doesn't 'ask' before mating, it seems pretty risky.

Do you have other standard hens he could be with? He does seem like he's a keeper!
