could the neighbors hens spread diseases

my chickens aren't vaccinated for mareks or anything and my neighbors will be getting a few chickens soon that will have the mareks vaccine. do you think their hens could spread mareks to my flock even if the chickens aren't going near each other?

i was wondering if a live vaccine like mareks could spread to unvaccinated chickens? i didn't think that mine would spread it to hers because mareks isn't very common around here, but could mine be carriers and then spread it to hers?
