Once the eggs have been incubated how long are they allowed to be out of the bator? Like when you are candling, how much time do you have?

Probably 20 minutes max. A hen gets off of the nest most days for about an hour but the eggs are in a clutch keeping each other warm.

Percent, not weight.
A 70 gram egg will lose more weight each day than a 50 gram egg because it's bigger.
So you can't say X ounces or grams because a larger egg will lose more than a smaller egg.
