Could this be a barred rock or cuckoo maran?

This chick is about 4 weeks old. Any guesses on the breed? And is it too young to tell if it’s a pullet or cockerel?

Looks more like a Cuckoo Marans just now.

Cuckoo marans have pink legs and Barred rocks have yellow legs.
