Could this be a blue coukoo marans roo?

I got a rooster from a family friend due to his quality and looks but don't know what breed he is so if I can get some assistance that would be great .

I don't see anything that would make me say it's a Marans.
I'd say he's a mixed breed.

He looks like a mix. Maybe a mix designed to make sexlinks. The pink legs could indicate that he may have some Marans in him

But he has the coukoo marans pattern on the upper part of his body then the lower parts blue then his legs have both pink with blackish colouration

First of all, it's Cuckoo Marans.

Secondly...this

is a Black Sex-link rooster. A Blue Sex-link Rooster could be created in much the same way using any Barred/Cuckoo Breed. On the off chance the bird is a pure Blue Cuckoo Marans, and I'd love to know where you found it if indeed it is, I wouldn't breed it due to the leakage.

There’s a possibility that he has some CM in him but he’s definitely not pure.
