Could this be a frizzle Cochin?

Chick is 9 days old and noticed it had feathers that sort of stick out. Could this be a frizzle?

It does look like it may be, but that could also just be a wonky feather. I would wait for it to feather out a bit more. Sure is a cutie though.

Yes it has feathered feet. It is a bantam Cochin I believe

I don't think it's a frizzle.
Those feathers look damaged.

It's definitely a black Bantam Cochin. However it's a bit early to say if it's frizzled. I've seen some chicks with pretty curled wing feathers molt out smooth.
