Rooster or hen?

Frizzled 9 week old Cochin golden comet mix. When a few days old this chick had longer wing feathers and butt feathers grew in while a sibling still had the puff butt. Now I am questioning if it may be a rooster. What do you all think?

9 weeks old? Likely a cockerel.

At 9 weeks, that's a male. Too much comb going on. If it were female, that's the kind of comb development and coloring I would expect from a Point-Of-Lay pullet, and this bird is far too young for that.
