I'll be the one to disagree and say that the bird is an effeminate /late developing cockerel. All birds in your post # 10 are pullets.

If one of these is a cockerel in disguise, it would have to be the first bird you posted. Looks like a pullet, but is the most developed out of all the others.

Most likely a Marans, but the one in the first photo looks especially like a pullet to me.

All the birds in this thread look like pullets. The only bird that could possible turn out to be a cockerel is the first chicken. Maybe one of your pullets is crowing?
