Could this be a rooster?

I picked up 5 pullets at about a week old in september and one of the RIRs looks more like a cockrel than a pullet. I have never owned RIRs so I was looking for advice on whether or not its a boy or girl. It has darker greenish feathers on the neck and in the tail and is bigger than all the other birds.

The pictures are bad but I can get better ones later.

Based on that description I’d say it’s probably a cockerel. But I’ve had a RIR with a few dark green feathers on its tail and it was a hen. I can’t give a 100% answer without clearer pictures
