I bought a few mystery chicks at Atwood’s. Could this be a Sicilian Buttercup?

I don’t think so. Buttercups are lighter, and have spots farther up their necks. male Buttercups have no spots at all, mostly. That is def a Golden Campine. G.Campines have that more dense barring and pure head and neck Like the one in your photo.❤️They are amazing birds!
