Could this be bumble foot?

Ok so I will soak then what do I use to take it out? Sorry is my first time, normally I just take to vet but I can’t wait an entire week with her like this.
If you can get everything out in one go with tweezers, after the soak that'll be great. You'll have to clean the wound after, & bandage it up.

Update: So I have not been able to see the avian vet due to her leaving on a family emergency. So far I was told hopefully it will be next Friday the 14th. My Peking still has not gotten any better. I feel as if she has a sprained leg or something. I put her in the tub with warm water once a day so she can swim and clean herself and she keeps the left foot up and hops on the right one. If on dry land she still uses her wings to walk. The thing on her toe has gotten better but looks swollen still compare to all of the others. Does anyone have any idea on what to do in the meantime? Sorry the picture is a little blurry because she keeps on moving. Just wanted to show how she keeps it off the ground. Thanks again.
