Could this be coccidiosis?!?!

Coccidiosis is caused by younger chickens exposed to contaminated food or water, droppings, or soil that has coccidia in it. Symptoms are lethargy, weakness, no appetite, hunched or puffed up appearance, and runny poops, occasionally with blood. Corid is very safe for all chickens, and dosage is 10 ml (2 tsp) of Corid liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. The powder dosage is 1.5 tsp.
Thanks for popping in. I'm no good with dosage.
