Could this possibly be a Frizzle?

I know it's a Cochin Bantam but look how the feathers on the wings flip outward. Is this a deformity or could it be a Frizzle? AND
At this age, can you tell if it's a hen or Roo? I REALLY REALLY want a rooster. Sorry, not the best pics but it really shows his wings.

I don't have a ton of experience with frizzles, but it sure looks like a frizzle to me! Cute little guy. I hope it's a boy for you!

Yep, you have a frizzled Cochin. I had two and they were really hard to sex. They looked like roos right up until they laid an egg.

yea its a frizzle, but its usually people want hens and not roos lol

This is a Standard Cochin - is the OP a Bantam?
