Could this supposedly sex-linked chick be a rooster?

(Apologies, I don't know if they're sex-linked or autosexing or what the correct term would be!) I know it's a bit early to tell, but this has been bugging me! I bought these two "Marans hybrids" as sexed pullets from a local breeder/hatchery. Not sure what the mix is exactly but the description on the website says that "the males are barred"...so theoretically, I have two pullets. HOWEVER, one of these two just screams cockerel to me! Compared to it's sibling it's taller/leggier and slower to feather out it's wings and tail. Combs look the same at this point, and the cockerel-suspect has lightly feathered legs and the other doesn't. They're about 3.5-4 weeks old. Thoughts on what's going on here? 🤔

The boy(?) in question:

Wow really?! That would be great if they're both pullets! I've read that slower to feather out and leggy usually means it's a boy, so I was convinced! Is it common to have a pullet grow its feathers out slower than the others?
