If I put duck eggs in my bator and then wait 5 days and put in some chicken eggs, making them all due around the same day, could they hatch or will the higher hum needed by the ducks drown the chickens?

You don't want your chicks in the muck.

Ducks also need a higher humidity throughout the entire incubation than the chicks need.

Some people incubate together and have success. But not everyone is successful and it is very disappointing to suffer the loss of both the ducks and chicks.
