Couldn't pass up a free parrot cage!

Well, I was driving to work this morning about 2 blocks away from home, just around the corner, and I see ... a big cage sitting out at the curbside with someone's garbage cans. It's trash day in my community.

I couldn't pass that up ... so I did the quick turn around and scooped it up. Well, I took it back home, being like literally a minute away.

The darned thing looks like new, hardly used at all.

So, now, I think I have a moral obligation to use it.

I think I need another bird. The 27 I have currently, plus the 80 quail eggs in my incubator set to hatch tomorrow and saturday aren't enough, now are they?

Also, you really can't keep chickens, ducks, turkeys, or quail in a parrot cage!

Congratulations on the find. I got a free cash register just the other day same kind of deal. i just wish that there had been money in it.
