Can't buy eggs at the local store.

But we're getting a solid dozen plus daily from our 17 hens, and there are 5 young chicks now 3 months old and getting ready to help out.

So grateful we started on chickens, and moved to the country.

Amen! Nothing better/safer than living in the country during this world crisis. I, too am so thankful for my chickens....especially now!!! I typically share my eggs with my family, friends and neighbors. I have never charged money for them and will continue to share......as much as I can.

There's a lady in a small town nearby who has a very large flock. Her "Fresh Eggs" sign is always out front.

Yesterday I saw that she'd covered her sign up!!! :hit
