As long as coop or barn space is 4 sq ft per bird and run space is 10 sq ft per bird as minimum you should do fine. You certainly have enough property to make that happen. Enjoy your pretty egg basket?

As planned we got 7 chicks a couple weeks ago and they've been living it up in the pack n play I set up in our dining room lol We're working on the chicken enclosure in the barn now, getting ready to put these chicks plus the new 8 we'll get on April 20 out there with some heat. They will definitely be ready to have some more space to stretch their legs soon! I can't believe how big they're getting already. Sure glad I didn't get more than 7 for this first round of babies.
