Country on my mind, Hi, I am fairly new with chickens and roosters, I have three roosters that I rescued, I am looking to adopt hens, keeping separate

Hi, I am fairly new to the country life I have adopted three roosters who get along well, I have a separate enclosure for them, at night, I would like to adopt some chickens I have a large coop with a attached fencing and will allow free roam when I am home, I am a vegetarian and dont eat eggs, but my husband does, I enjoy the company and watching and feeding them. I would also like to adopt a turkey, I am in Orange County NY.
