Courtix Quail Feed in Ga

I have 11 Courtix Quial I've bought from a breeder.
He makes his own feed and grows his own grains for them.
I'm feeding them 4 parts Faithway "SUPER" 22% Layer, 2 parts Nutrena All Flock, 1/2 part cracked corn, 1 part PP All Grain (barley, oats, cracked corn, & molasses), 1/2 part oyster shell, and 1/2 part Sorghum (I grew the sorghum.) I give them crunched up Wellness Core cat food 3x a week for animal protein but want to buy some bloodmeal to add for more animal protein.
Is all this ok for Courtix Quail?
They love me! One of them, Sweet Pea, runs to my hand and begs me to pick her up! <3

The problem with feeding them other grains is that overall their diet is lower in protein. It is good for them however to get all that variety, but it might be worth getting something to increase the protein. Even hard boiled egg put through a food processor (shell and all) is a good supplement, and they love to pick through it.
