Covering a bald butt?

So my rooster started getting pecked on and they just keep seeing the blood and continuing. I figured some days they're just bored. So we free range most days. I've also tried endless things. Anti pecking spray, vetrycin, blue kote, My poor man. Looking for a solution too

Any resolution?

I'm looking for a solution as well for my poor little easter egger. I coat her with pick no more regularly which helps but she's still getting picked at.
