Sorry about your loses, are they wheezing, heavy open mouth breathing, gasping for air?

I had similar issue last winter, killed 42 out of 52 of my chickens, we tried antibiotics, micoplasma medicine, ivermectin, defuser with essential oils, collidial silver, vapo rub, I'm sure I'm missing stuff...nothing worked really... 1000$ in vet bills later and autopsy finally revealed they had fungal pneumonia, which is incurable. Heat in the coop in the winter will promote fungal growth. Vet recommended to cull whole flock, sanitize and start over. Decided to keep my remaining 10 and they are seem to be doing fine, alot of chickens in a small space will cause stress and show issues like this.
I think molding hay is what caused the issue in my case tho...
