Dakota flicked an ear, hearing Mary. She looked at the human then approached warily, expecting to be caught and put back in her stall.
Mary reached a hand to both horses. She glanced to the house, a little surprised her father had not yet come out to find herOutcast huffed softly. He butted Mary with his head.
"I like to let myself out at night," Dakota said, returning the nicker. "I find your rugged looks rather handsome under the moonlight and wanted a closer look."Outcast looked at Dakota and nickered " Why you out here, at this time of night"
Dakota nickered softly, flattered. "My pleasure." She walked around his corral to the gate, where she stopped. "I could let you out, but then, you'd leave, and I'd be in big trouble."Outcast looked at Dakotas golden coat. It seemed to glow under the moonlight. " Well my sweet. I'm glad you came"
(what's he look like? can't find a form)" I'm not leaving" he said. " Not without you at least" he added slyly.
