Cows and Chickens?

I have three hens and would like to raise a calf this summer for a short time. Is it Ok for them to hang out together in the same pasture?

Yea, My chickens walk around my horse all the time (And she's only been around chickens for a few months). She just ignores them.

Sweet! Thanks. I thought so but just wanted to be sure. I've never raised a calf. Anything words of wisdom?

I don't have any words of wisdom about raising a calf (would love to have one, myself) but I know that my chickens love to scratch through the horse manure, especially while it's still steaming

and I'm sure your chickens will do the same for the cow manure!!
